Brand Story
On April 8, 1993, the first store of SHANCHENGLAMEIZI was established at Shuizhuizi of Chaoyang District in Beijing. This store was transformed from a shed with its area less than 100 square meters in which only 9 tables were set. That was the time when SHANCHENGLAMEIZI introduced the authentic Chongqing hot pot with mixed soup into the capital with its poetic slogan – “Half flames – malatang, half purity – refreshing, delicious and healthy soup”. Since then, we have been changing the locals’ traditional eating habits. Now, we are highly recognized by consumers.
